If you have a question about an order you’ve placed, include your order number (format #IK1001) so we can find it straight away. You can view your order history at any time in your account.
Payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. If you were charged but did not receive an order confirmation, email us and we will investigate immediately.
All orders are dispatched from London within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. Full delivery times and rates are on our shipping & delivery page.
Free standard shipping applies on UK orders over £150 and international orders over £250. Express options are available at checkout.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags attached. Start a return on our returns page — no need to email us first.
Every product page includes a size guide with measurements in centimetres and inches. Our full size guide is also available separately. If you are unsure between sizes or have questions about a specific piece, email us and we will advise.
